Question: How much do you pay your models? I am cheap, and it would cause me great pain to pay the Highland lassies too much. Response: How much I pay my models is a business confidence, and I don't talk about money matters. Otherwise, I would say to consider payment options. Try to negotiate a fixed amount for large blocks of modeling time - all day, three days, a week etc. Instead of paying a more costly hourly fee, modeling time should be discounted for extensive sessions. Unfortunately not all models agree. You should even negotiate hourly rates. Sometimes offering to do a portfolio and/or pictures back from modeling sessions can hedge modeling fees.
