Question: What do you say to someone you meet to get them to model for you? I am a little shy. Response: The first thing you must do is over come any shyness. If you seem uncertain or nervious, you will instantly become your own biggest enemy. Carry a portfolio of your photography with you. Never leave home without your business cards, and the inevitable camera should be around your neck. So what if you don't have success the first few times. Keep trying!! Learn from your mistakes, and don't give up. If you keep trying, you will develop your own unique approach to people, and gain confidence. Trial and error will teach you what to say.
